Have you heard of Incredible Edible Todmorden UK? A town where the police & railway stations, the old people’s home & even the cemetery sprout locally grown produce, where over 64 local residents sell their own eggs, where the local highschool has started agriculture courses & the Health Centre has its own apothecary’s garden. And now there’s a new centre for teaching small-scale commercial food growing, on land donated by the local garden centre. It absolutely IS incredible.
