A thought-provoking garden project is underway in Gaza lead by humanitarian Moira Kelly AO. The Global Gardens of Peace project is aiming to make gardens for children in post-war, conflict and underprivileged communities.
Andrew Laidlaw, Landscape Architect, and Peter Symes, Senior Curator, both of the Royal Botanic Gardens Melbourne, are lending their expertise to this inspiring project, having already surveyed the Gaza site for the first garden.
