Is this the future of garden design communication? Some Chelsea Flower Show designers have had their gardens 3D printed.

Hobs 3D in London has taken designs by 10 landscape designers, including Jamie Dunstan, Sarah Eberle, Adam Frost and Jo Thomson and created miniature models of the gardens using 3D printing.

Although the finer details go missing and the plants are a little simplistic, the 3-dimensional shapes and spaces could be future of designer-client communications.
