Join Indira Naidoo on a tour of Wayside Chapel’s rooftop garden. Support this iconic Sydney charity while learning about beekeeping, compost management, worm farming and small-plot gardening with Indira and the Wayside Chapel team.

We are proud to team up with Wayside Chapel to demonstrate a productive garden, grown with love, that provides both physical and emotional nourishment, in the heart of the city.

You are invited to a tour of the garden to hear from specialists in bee-keeping, compost management and worm farming – and of course the tips and tricks for growing food on your own roof or balcony.

Included is a special presentation by Indira Naidoo who will share her inspirational knowledge on how you too can produce enough fruit and vegetables for a small family from a balcony or courtyard garden.

The evening will conclude with drinks and canapes around the corner at Cafe DOV, in their wonderful inner-city courtyard garden that overflows with fresh homegrown produce.

Tickets $50.  Book at Open Gardens Australia
