Beg your pardon Mrs Arden, was that Bin Laden in your garden?
When I was a kid, there was an old rhyme we used to chant “Beg your pardon, Mrs Arden, there’s a chicken in your garden!”. News from the Pakistani investigation into Osama bin Laden’s life during his final years in Abbottabad suggests we need a new verse “Beg your pardon, Mrs Arden, is that Bin Laden in your garden?”
Apparently Osama bin Laden became a keen vegetable gardener, encouraging his children and  grandchildren to compete for prizes for growing the best vegetables. When outside in the garden he would wear a large black cowboy hat to avoid detection by drones flying over.
