When photos of this shrub in Windsor, Canada began hitting Facebook and then local CBC News, it took park managers completely by surprise.

Apparently overnight vandals thought they’d do a little provocative topiary work of their own, turning one of the waterfront park’s shrubs into something decidedly phallic. Staff have since trimmed the bush into “a more traditional shrub shape”, which you can see on CBC News.

Bwahahaha! Hilarious! A bit of harmless fun, and the additional trimming done by the council officers to “remedy” the situation is, sadly, even funnier!

I agree. Subversively most amusing. I think this waterfront park has quite a lot of topiary in it so I’d love to know what it was before.
