There’s been major changes at the UK’s Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) with 3 new appointments to key positions – Dr Tim Upson as Director of Horticulture; David Morley to Director of Gardens, Shows and Retail; and Sandra Parsons as Head of HR.

Tim Upson, currently Curator of Horticulture at Cambridge University Botanic Garden will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of horticulture are always to be seen across all RHS work, in gardens, shows and elsewhere. His other responsibilities will include the RHS Trials/AGM programme, trade relationships, bursaries & expeditions and Horticulture Matters, the industry campaign to make Horticulture a career to be proud of.

David Morley comes to the RHS from a background in retail with the John Lewis Partnership at Peter Jones, and has been a volunteer on the RHS Commercial Board.
