Jordan Hampson, studying at Wintec in Hamilton, has won the Ellerslie International Flower Show student Lexus Emerging Designs competition with a Mexican-themed courtyard.
The Lexus Emerging Designs competition featured 9 courtyards on an international theme, designed to reflect and celebrate some of the many migrant cultures found throughout New Zealand.

This open sunny courtyard uses the strong colours of Mexico fused with a NZ love of outdoor living. The judges felt that Jordan’s courtyard showed innovative design combined with a vibrant and comfortable Mexican-inspired outdoor space.
