GardenDrumVictorian Open Gardens Scheme

OGVThe new Victorian Open Gardens Scheme, replacing the recently closed Open Gardens Australia in that state, has announced its first opening for the 2015 season at Musk Cottage.

Musk Cottage is a magnificent modern garden owned by renown landscape designer Rick Eckersley. You can read more of the details HERE.

It’s wonderful to see a new volunteer organisation dedicated to helping garden owners open their gardens to the public. There will be plenty to see during the coming months, from large country gardens and estates to tiny cottages and quirky gardens.

More open gardens will soon be announced, including a tour of Mornington Peninsula gardens to coincide with next year’s Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show.
