The Garden Conservancy in the US has an exciting new series of open day events called Digging Deeper.

Digging Deeper is a program that invites the public to take a closer look at the garden world. Sharing their own perspectives on the meaning of gardens, specialists of all descriptions (farmers, alpinists, potters, specialty growers, designers, etc) welcome an intimate group of guests to their garden, farm, studio, or nursery for a tour, demonstration, or tasting on site, or a lecture at a nearby location.

The idea is to dig deep and have fun, and there is plenty of time to do just this with the open events running through until October 2016. They are being held in a variety of locations and regions so offer quite a diversity of experiences. Digging Deeper runs simultaneously with the Garden Conservancy’s open garden days.

The Garden Conservancy saves and shares outstanding American gardens for the education and inspiration of the public.
